In 2020, adidas Originals and Girls Are Awesome, a purpose-driven brand and media platform, teamed up to shift the spotlight in the art world by elevating five LA creators. The project was part of a wider global collaboration pivoting on a top to toe product range and a global campaign, all with the goal of starting a conversation around representation, showcasing role models, and taking first steps towards encouraging societal change.
BLNKT provided consultation services for media and event production, and also produced the campaign book. The aim was to create a book that could be used daily and not forgotten on the bookshelf. The result was a double-ended zine and notebook combo, featuring artist profiles at one end, and lined and gradient filled notebook pages at the other.
